A cup full of juice apears suddenly from thin are,
followed by a playing card.
A silk changes colour, a coin vanishes and reapears,
ropes are cut then reattach...
ジュースの入ったコップが突然現れたかと思うと、
選ばれたカードも現れる。ハンカチの色がみるみる変わり、
コインが瞬間移動し、
ロープが切れてはくっつく・・・。
Most people think "How?" others ask "Why?"
ある人は「どうやって？」と思い、また別の人は「なぜ？」と聞かれます。
Well, I can't tell you how I do what I do, but I would like to tell you why.
手品のタネは残念ながら明かせませんが、
なぜ僕が手品を好きなのかをお話しさせてください。
For one, I enjoy seeing people enjoing these tricks, I enjoy making people laugh. but that's not the main reason. The one reason I perform is because I want people to know Jesus and His love. And I found that there sleights help me get the attention of the listerners as I endevour to share the good news concerning Him.
その理由の1つ目は、人々が手品を楽しんで、
笑ってくださるのを見るのが好きだからです。
でも、それが僕が手品をする第１の理由ではありません。
第１の理由は、イエス様とその愛を人々に知っていただきたいからです。
そして、その良い知らせを伝えるにあたって、
手品をすることで、人々の関心を得ることができると気が付いたからです。
