It's been 7 months since the first Open Church, where we opened the church to the local community, inviting them to come, see and here what Christianity is all about.
We had about 70 people come to the event, and we are planning our next Open Church, which will be held on the 27th of July.
We are currently planning and calling on members to join in this outreach event.
please pray that the church members will be excited about sharing Christ, and will invite friends to the event.
I will be involved in:
-making the flyer's
-getting a welcome team organised
(To welcome and get to know first-timers, sharing Christ to them on a one to one basis, and connecting them to a followup course)
-performing some Gosple magic tricks
-sharing my testimony in a interview
we will also have:
-Cafe
-Jumble Sale
-Kids activities
-gallery (pictures illustrating the gospel with explanations written)
-Live Music
please pray that the event will seem interesting enough for outsiders to come, and that the gospel might be explained clearly and passionately.
